We now have a new way to communicate with our customers. We've launched an online chat service at displayit.com. When you click the link above, you can select to chat with our sales, project management or art department. This should be a great way for people to quickly receive answers to their questions. We will be able to answer basic sales questions, questions about setting up artwork files, and provide updates on jobs that are in process.
So far we are having a ball with this. If you currently use online chat in your business I'd love to hear about the response and feedback you get from customers. It looks to me that the service is going to be a hit with our customers.
