Welcome to the 4th installment of my Exhibitor2009 planning guide. Things are really moving ahead nicely and we are excited about the concept we’ve come up with for our design. We decided to keep it very simple. We used our displayit.com tag line: “The Exhibit Industry’s Premier Online Superstore” and our designer created a monitor with our home page as the primary element on our graphic. We know we only have a few seconds to share our message with show attendees and we think this design will provide a simple message of what we are all about. Here are some of the other elements we decided on.
- We will use black soft floor for comfort, to limit setup costs and to help us stay on budget.

We are going to hold a contest where attendees can win a $500 Gift Card to Amazon.com. We will ask participants to try to guess how many products we have on our website. Hopefully this will encourage them to spend a few minutes reviewing our website.

When the booth graphics arrive, we will begin shooting footage for our virtual booth videos. Those should be ready by the end of February.
Here is a picture of the design concept we came up with. This is one of the most popular displays we sell. It is the Exhibitline EX1V. This unit packs in 1 wheeled case, has two counters and accommodates monitors.
