In the trade show industry, "backlight" is a term used to refer to a light source that is placed behind translucent or transparent material, illuminating the material from behind.
Backlit displays are perfect for use at trade shows and in retail settings. Backlighting is used most often to highlight trade show graphics, giving the graphics added depth and a dramatic look. Backlighting can be used to draw attention to the most important details of your message.
