Coming Soon: A Panoramic View

In a few weeks, we'll be adding an exciting new product to our online catalog: the Panoramic full graphic system. Panoramic displays can be used in a multitude of environments and applications, such as trade shows, point-of-sale displays, and retail.

One of Panoramic's coolest features is the fact that the entire display serves as a "canvas" for your message. Panoramic utilizes dye-sublimated SEG (silicone edge graphics), which are paired with anodized, aluminum extrusions. The graphics integrate seamlessly with the display's frame, and your message won't be hidden - merely the frame itself!

Additional features include:

• Tool-less setup
• Quick change-out and take-down of graphics
• Accessories for further customization (ex: stand-offs, monitor mounts)

The Panoramic collection will include counters, display towers, rooms, and backwalls. Each item would work well as a stand-alone display or to complement an existing trade show exhibit.

New Year, New Products: Aura Lightbox

Our all-new, double-sided AURA lightbox can function in multiple environments. It's ideal for permanent installations, such as in a retail store or airport, yet lightweight enough for exhibitors to use at trade shows and other special events.   

Features include:

• Crisp, backlit, dye-sublimated SEG (silicone edge graphics) fabric graphics
• Lightweight, aluminum extrusion frame that's numbered for easy assembly
• Optional, double-sided, rigid header that can be custom-printed with additional graphics 
• Internal fluorescent lighting system
• Fast and simple graphic change-out

Prices start at $1,510, with a lead time of 5-7 business days. The optional rigid graphic header can be printed with a full image on both sides. If you need to change your message, the fabric graphics are easy to replace and ship to you in a small package.

Stock Marketing: Enhancing Your Display Imagery with Stock Photography

As we continue to recover from "The Great Recession," individuals and companies alike must be creative with ways to maximize their budgets.

A low-cost alternative for trade show exhibitors: using stock photography. Displayit designer Scott Simmons says, "Using stock photography is a great way to add images to your trade show graphics without the costly expense of hiring a photographer."

Sites like iStockphoto and shutterstock images have a wide range of images available at low prices.

Some tips from Scott on selecting the right stock image:

• Try to find vibrant, colorful images that appropriately convey your message or what your company does. You want to catch trade show attendees' eyes and draw them to your booth.

• Be cognizant of your company logo and text placement; you want the image to embellish your message, not compete with it.
  

• Download a free, "comp" version of the image. The image, which will have the site's logo stamped on it, is a great way for your designer to "test drive" the image with your artwork; a great option if you change your mind later on.

An important note: not all stock images are suitable for trade show displays. If you order a 10' display like Displayit's Waveline Graphic Display, choose a "vectored" illustration or an "extra large" (or larger) sized image. Smaller images that are not vectored tend to be distorted when they are enlarged, resulting in poor image quality.

New Wall-Mounted Fabric Graphic Frame System

Our new Wall Hanging Delta Fabric Display is another exciting new product we have launched at displayit.com.  This display is just like our Free-Standing Fabric Display except it mounts on the wall or on a portable exhibit backwall.  These are great for office lobbies, schools, or other interiors.   The graphics can be easily changed and are held in place very tightly so that there are no wrinkles. 

 

New Floor Standing Fabric Graphic Display

We are excited about a versatile new product called the Delta Fabric Display.  This system features a full-color dye sub graphic that has silicone sewn onto its edges.  The silicone allows you to attach (mount) the graphic to an extruded aluminum frame.  The fabric is held tightly in place so the image has no wrinkles and looks beautiful.  This unit can be used as a portable backdrop at a trade show or even as a freestanding display in retail or event environments.  The unique aluminum frame system, which is easy to assemble and take apart, makes the entire display lightweight and easy to ship.
